Kylie Corless
Kylie Corless was born and raised in Wycombe, Pa accompanied by her parents, brother and sister. Both of her parents were athletes for most of their lives, so she was heavily influenced by sports and fitness growing up. Kylie joined flag rugby at age 5, which then led her to playing basketball, tennis, softball and soccer. In addition to trying new sports, Kylie has also had some experience in CrossFit and has competed in weightlifting competitions up until age 15. Kylie Corless continued her athletics and played varsity tennis at Archbishop Wood Highschool. During that time, her life for fitness and sports carried on as she continued to play rugby for Doylestown RFC and traveled internationally to England, Wales, and Scotland. After Highschool, Kylie continued her rugby career at West Chester University and played for the Varsity Women's Rugby team. During her sophomore year the team accomplished a perfect season, 11-0 and won a National Championship, which was the team's first national title in history. She then continues her education and graduated from West Chester University in May 2022 with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. However, when Kylie is not focused on athletics, she strives to dedicate her time to a nonprofit summer camp called College Settlement Camp. She enjoys working with kids and incorporating fitness into their lives. She also is heavily involved in multiple special needs organizations as her older brother was diagnosed with autism at age 2. Kylie Corless has volunteered for Miracle League, Special Olympics and for her mom's foundation, the AJ foundation for kids with Autism. Overall, Kylie enjoys helping others whether it be guiding them to achieve their goals through fitness or just making their day better by cracking a joke

Donna Polito, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
Donna began her healing career as a personal trainer and obtained her Bachelor's in Kinesiology from West Chester University. An athlete her whole life, fitness was her passion from an early age, inspiring her to help and educate people how to acquire and maintain a healthy lifestyle. As she puts it, "You are only given one body; treat it right!" As a personal trainer, her clients were seeing great results in their fitness goals. However, many of them would come to her a few days later, expressing muscle soreness and wanting to know what they could do to relieve this other than stretching. Donna remembered how as a two-sport collegiate athlete (field hockey/softball) she first turned to massage to help her body prepare and recuperate before and after her games. Consequently, she decided to turn to massage herself to help her clients live pain-free lives. Donna feels that "this is by far the best decision I have ever made". Donna now enjoys teaching athletes the importance of taking care of their bodies and the benefits massage has on their performance. Donna's approach to massage is both intuitive and clinical. With a gentle yet deep touch, she specializes in techniques, such as deep tissue, corrective massage, sports massage, Swedish massage and myofascial release, to develop, maintain and rehabilitate the physical function of the body. In an age of technical and, at times, impersonal medicine, Donna believes that massage offers a drug-free, non-invasive and humanistic approach based on the body's natural ability to heal itself. Massage Types Performed: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, Thermo Therapy, Couples Add on to massage therapy offered: (Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy)
Tom Szelagowski, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Tom's motto is 'Be Excellent to Each Other'. It is Tom's commitment to make his client's world a better place by helping you to unwind, alleviate stress, improve function and to Just..Feel..Better. Tom became interested in holistic body work over 30 years ago, having been inspired by a high school counselor who taught him that 'we hold our issues in our tissues'. After training at the Center for Human Integration and the Bensalem Natural Health Center, he earned certification in 1992 and has since become licensed in PA and NJ. Tom is also a Certified Yoga/Meditation Instructor and is on the faculty at the Lansdale School of Business teaching Anatomy and Physiology. Tom offers a holistic, customized massage, combining various modalities to meet your needs (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai, Reflexology, Stretching, Cupping, Hot Stone, MFR). Recognizing the mind/body connection, he brings more than massage skills to the table. Tom has the patience to spend an entire session on your hands if necessary. His uplifting demeanor exudes empathy and compassion and humor. He will always brighten your day. Employing an integrative mix of appropriate modalities, Tom has helped alleviate sciatica, plantar fasciitis, meralgia, neck, knee, and back pain, thoracic outlet and carpal tunnel syndromes as well as routine/chronic aches and pains. He has also made clients so comfortable and relaxed that they have dozed off. Our session may focus on a particularly troublesome area or may be a soothing, unwinding full body session. The choice is yours.
Jennifer Kada, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Since at a young age Jennifer had a strong desire to help others, to be kind, and do what she could to make things better. After college she worked as an executive assistant at the American Red Cross. While there she began to experience low back pain. After 2 years of being under doctor care she was told that she was in worse shape than when she had started. Due to this she decided to look elsewhere for a solution. Her healing journey wasn't always easy and had many bumps in the road. However, to her it was worth it because she discovered massage, other healing techniques, and the importance of living a healthier lifestyle. Jennifer knew she wanted to help others who were suffering and experiencing chronic pain. She knows that there is no such thing as a quick fix pill, but believes massage definitely is the closest thing and she is doing what she can to help others feel better.
Angelis Cumba, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Felix Kofman, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
When Felix was growing up in Ukraine, he found enjoyment in exercise, playing sports and later became involved with martial arts. He started to use massage therapy as a way to recover from training. Because of his passion for sports and training, he became more involved with others who had similar interests. He then pursued a career in massage therapy in the early 1990's around the time he immigrated to the United States from Ukraine. In addition to traditional massage therapy modalities, Felix also received additional training in pain management and medical massage therapy. Since receiving his license, Felix has worked for a wide variety of facilities such as chiropractic and medical offices, salons, and with private clients. He also has experience working as a massage instructor. Felix provides a wide array of massage therapy types including deep tissue, therapeutic, and prenatal, just to name a few. When working with clients he really wants to understand the reason and goal for why the client is getting a massage. Sometimes clients seek massage therapy for a physical condition or a mental reason. Understanding the reason(s) allows Felix to provide a massage session which can provide relaxation, relief of an injury or chronic condition, or relieve muscular tension. Attaining this information is valuable to allow him to provide the best and most appropriate massage experience for his client.
Dominique Dunphy, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Dominique set the intention in early adulthood that she wanted to "help people". When she was trying to figure out the type of work she would like to pursue, it was that motivation that led her into massage therapy. Massage therapy training and practice was her initiation into the healing arts. She sees knowledge in massage therapy as the foundation that ignited a passion in her to continue to evolve in holistic healing. Dominique has had extensive training and education in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. Also, she has had years of experience as a student, practitioner, and instructor of Hatha Yoga which she attributes to enriching her into a skilled professional. Dominique combines the clinical and artistic techniques of massage, bodywork and holistic lifestyle principles in a whole-body massage treatment session that provides the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits associated with stress release, relaxation, and decreased muscle tension.
Julia Bayardi, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Julia's journey into therapeutic massage began after she experienced a back injury in college. During her recovery, she discovered that the most effective component of her treatment was the massage work that she received. This new appreciation of healing supportive touch inspired her to pivot after her sophomore year, and enroll at the Massage Arts Center of Philadelphia, where she received certification for massage in 2005 and shiatsu certification in 2007. During her career she has worked alongside respected chiropractors, in upscale spas, and has built her own private practice. She began instructing massage in 2009 and fell in love with massage education. In 2015, she opened The Philadelphia School of Massage & Bodywork, where she actively teaches massage and musculoskeletal anatomy courses and assists students on their own journey into massage therapy. Julia's bodywork is integrative, blending the different modalities and techniques that she's encountered in her 18 years of practice. Her work has been effective in helping to alleviate symptoms associated with anxiety, scoliosis, stress, carpal tunnel syndrome, sports related injury, and migraine headache. Above all else, Julia takes a client centered approach to her work. She takes the time to assess their needs, explain treatment plans, give feedback on their soft tissue condition, and offer useful suggestions for post-massage care. Her goal is to ensure that her clients always walk away from their sessions feeling better than when they came in.
Theresa Young, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Theresa has been a practicing massage therapist for well over 24 years and loves what she does. Having her clients satisfied and feeling better than when they came in gives her such fulfillment. When she sees the relief on their faces after their session it absolutely makes her day. For her it validates a sense of purpose, personal duty and being on the right path in providing a service of helping others. Theresa's specialties include: Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Prenatal massage, Energy work/Chakra balancing and Trigger Point. Melting away stress and discomfort is her main goal. She believes healing is a whole body experience. For her the goal is to find the source of the discomfort and gradually work on that source/root, whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual, to achieve the ultimate "health" and balance of the whole being, for the healing to take place "Holistically."
Marissa Borger, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Marissa first got interested in health and wellness when she first started working at a newly opened gym and wellness center. During her time there she was intrigued by the chiropractor on staff providing hands on care for patients. After discussions with the chiropractor she discovered that she too could provide hands on care through massage therapy. This led her to attend the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in Oaks, Pa (now known as "Cortiva" in King of Prussia), earning a certificate in Massage Therapy in 2003. She has been practicing massage therapy ever since. Marissa generally uses medium to deep pressure and employs trigger-point therapy and stretches when suitable. She is familiar with Swedish massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Thai Technique, Prenatal massage, Sports massage, and Hot Stone massage. She listens to her clients' needs that allows her to ensure she tailors the massage into an efficient and effective massage session. This allows her to provide better success for healing and recovery. Over the course of her massage career, she had worked with a wide array of clients from young to old and athletic/active to non-mobile/non-active clients.
Deep tissue massage
This massage is both therapeutic and relaxing. It focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and the network of connective tissue surrounding the muscles and bones. This makes deep tissue massage the ideal choice for those suffering from chronic pain such as repetitive strain injuries, sciatica and any other kind of muscle tension or spasm. Slower than other massage techniques to warm the tissue before going deeper, deep tissue massage can be performed with a variety of pressures (to your comfort level) to break down adhesions and knots, the painful rigid tissue caused by tension. There may be some discomfort while performing these techniques on particularly tense areas and your body may feel like it does post-workout for a day or two afterwards. However, this tends to abate as you get it done more often, and ultimately clients experience extensive and often lasting relief of their symptoms. Ideally, as with any bodywork, this massage should be performed on a regular basis in order to maintain your body and prevent it from becoming accustomed to holding itself in a tense state. Combine this with Thai massage assisted stretching for a massage that not only relieves your tension, but also increases your range of motion and flexibility.
Swedish massage
Long gliding strokes, kneading and friction on the more superficial muscle layers improve blood flow to the soft tissues, increase circulation and alleviate muscle tension. Whilst deep tissue tends to get more "to the heart of the matter" by relieving chronic pain, Swedish massage is more about overall relaxation. Combine this with Thai massage assisted stretching for a massage that not only relieves your tension, but also increases your range of motion and flexibility.
Sports Massage
Enhance your athletic performance with a deep tissue massage combined with sports stretches to increase your body's range of motion, endurance, speed of response and flexibility for your upcoming game, or to relax and recuperate after the exertion of sports and reduce your recovery time. For gym clients we generally recommend getting a massage after working out. Because our therapists work closely with our trainers, this enables our team to devise a regime for you that will ensure you reach your goals.
Pregnancy Massage
A nurturing massage where the mother to be is specially bolstered and positioned to ensure her comfort. Reduces typical pregnancy swelling and stress on feet, ankles, lower back and neck. At WHF pregnancy massage is only performed after the first trimester.
Hot Stone Massage
Enhance your Swedish or deep tissue massage experience with the addition of heated stones to warm the muscles and additionally relieve muscle tension.
Couples Massage
Relax and enjoy some quality time with your significant other or a friend whilst two of our therapists pamper you side by side with a massage of your choice. *Please book at least a week in advance
Thermo Therapy
Utilizes moist heat packs to provide heat to the areas of your body that are being treated. Adding the heat packs along with your massage helps to increase blood flow which relaxes the muscles, reduces pain, and promotes healing. This allows the massage therapist to work deeper and specific to the affected area. Adding heat packs to your massage can be used in combination with deep tissue massage and for relaxation. Other massage types can be used upon request. Available for 60-minute and 90-minute massage sessions. Appointments must be made a day ahead of time for this specific treatment.
Lymphatic Drainage
Light touch moves excess lymph and fluid out of the tissues and back into lymphatic vessels. Excellent for conditions such as edema and boosting the immune system. *Introductory pricing offers does not apply for Lymphatic Drainage Massage option
Cupping
The therapist uses glass cups to apply suction to the surface of the body to draw out pathogens and invigorate the body's qi (energy flow). Provided in combination with massage or as a 30 minute cupping only treatment.
CBD Massage
Include cannabidiol (CBD) into your massage to enhance relaxation, reduce inflammation and relieve pain during your massage. CBD is a non-psychoactive compound found in the cannabis and hemp plant in high concentrations. CBD helps aid in pain relief associated with conditions such as: arthritis, back pain, joint pain and muscle tension.
Thai Techniques
Thai massage, also known as passive yoga, is comprised of an array of compression, traction and passive stretching, and includes moving the joints. The practitioner may perform these techniques using their feet, knees, hands and elbows. In addition to assisting with flexibility, Thai techniques also assist in the release of stuck energy, promoting an interesting state of uplifting relaxation. As an add-on, Thai techniques can be incorporated into any regular table massage.
Shiatsu Massage
Involves manual pressure applied to specific points on the body to relieve tension and pain. This massage uses thumbs, fingers, elbows, and knees to concentrate pressure at certain energy pathways in the body called meridians. Also known as acupressure works to reduce muscle tension and fatigue and is thought to improve blood circulation in the body.
Aromatherapy
Add essential oils to any of our massages to enhance your psychological and physical wellbeing.
Myofascial Release
This is a stretching technique where the therapist slowly stretches the fascia, a fine network of connective tissue surrounding the body's muscles and organs, guided by the patient's response. Injured muscle fibers and trauma result in shortened and tightened fascia, causing pain and tension. Myofascial release causes the fascia to relax and unwind for soothing pain relief.
PNF Stretching
Proprioceptive neuromuscular stretching is a sports massage technique used to increase range of motion, thus improving motor performance and rehabilitation.
Reflexology
Reflexology involves applying thumb pressure to reflex points on the feet that correspond to parts of the body, resulting in relaxation, balancing and healing. It can also be performed on the hands and ears. Available as a full 1-hour treatment blended with Reiki or as a 30-minute add-on to any treatment.
Trigger Point Therapy
This technique can be incorporated into any massage to relieve the sore knots that refer pain to other parts of the body. Finger pressure around and on these knots, starting slowly until the knot "invites you in", is used to relax them.

Our mission is to make healthcare fun for the residents of Wrightstown, Newtown, and the surrounding areas of Bucks County.
We all know what it takes to be healthy (eating the right foods, exercising, and managing stress). However, the tough part is actually doing these things. In this fast-paced, technologically-driven, sedentary society, health is often overlooked until there is a problem.
Statistically, America has more doctors, nurses, medicine, surgeries, the best technology and the highest healthcare expenditure worldwide.
However, it ranks among the lowest in health statistics compared to the rest of the world. The mentality that true health comes from a miracle pill or some "life-changing" gimmick is why our health care system is failing.
In reality, true health comes from within.
It's having an awareness of making the right decisions and having accountability for those actions. Wrightstown Health and Fitness chiropractors take both of these responsibilities very seriously in their practice. Working together with the medical community, their mission is to provide a structured, innovative, modern-day approach to help patients improve their overall quality of life without adding anything unnaturally to the body or subtracting anything unnecessarily from the body.
Sickness, disease, and dysfunction of the human body can be attributed to 3 primary causes: physical stress, chemical stress, and emotional stress.
In other words, our physical activities, diet and mindset greatly affect how we perform, feel and function.
At any given time we can be overwhelmed or lacking in one, if not all, of the three aforementioned categories.
A symptom, like pain, is a signal of when the body has become overwhelmed by one of these stressors. Physical stress can cause pain, but so can chemical and/or emotional stress by its inflammatory effects on the body. This is a fact most people do not take into account when dealing with symptoms. Addressing the cause of the problem rather than just the symptom has been a great foundation to build on and has served as a more effective plan when helping Dr. Pat's patients. This form of chiropractic care is simply a safe, effective, and natural solution for allowing the body to heal without reliance on medication or surgery.
We work closely with WHF's highly competent Licensed Massage Therapists as we know that relaxed muscles result in more effective and more lasting adjustments.
Both teams of practitioners have extensive experience in treating conditions such as lower back pain, tight hips, sciatica, neck pain and nerve pain and we find this synergistic approach to be twice as effective. Many personal training clients also benefit from our adjustments in the form of improved performance in their workouts.

Yin Yoga
Yin is a very passive yoga practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of the body. Holding poses for longer periods of time is what allows this practice to target these rarely used tissues while also teaching us how to breathe through discomfort and sit with our thoughts. Based on ancient Chinese philosophies it is believed that these longer held postures help to open and release any stuck energy (Qi) within the body allowing it to flow freely. Benefits may include, lengthening connective tissue, Increased flexibility, a boost in circulation and a reduction in stress levels. It is an amazing compliment to any movement, athletic or strength based practice. (Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm)

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a mind-body practice of conscious connected breathing which facilitates healing, transformation and enhances health, well-being, inner peace, and vitality. The breath is that thread of life that anchors us to the unchanging principles of truth, love, and freedom. The breath is a bridge between the conscious and the subconscious, between the body, mind, and spirit. It can enable you to experience your essential nature and reveal profound truths. Breathwork consciously uses the breath to open up energy pathways and to enable oxygen to flood every cell. The breath clears blockages and stuck energy from the body, freeing up the life force and creating more vitality. It can also bring into awareness whatever is happening in your subconscious mind. Old patterns, habits, negative beliefs, memories, traumas, and stresses may enter into your conscious mind, so you can understand and process them, release the suppressed emotions and thoughts surrounding them, and can then gently let them go. These patterns will integrate into your whole being and will no longer negatively impact your life. This process often brings about forgiveness, greater self-love, and acceptance. After breathwork, you should experience greater clarity, positivity, creativity, calm, and freedom. You may feel less reactive and more in harmony with the world. You may also feel more purposeful, connected, energized, and happy. Please join us for breathwork in the yoga studio. Breathwork is offered in a group or individualized setting. This profound healing technique can benefit you.
